- When should I enroll?
We suggest that you enroll 2-3 months before your due date. Remember, many babies arrive before their due date. However, we understand how overwhelming preparing for your baby can be. For that reason we do not charge any rush fees or late enrollment fees. In fact, we can even help if you have less than 24 hours before delivery. In many major metropolitan areas we can deliver a collection kit in a couple of hours. Simply contact a cord blood educator at

The same day we receive your completed enrollment packet, we will send your collection kit by FedEx for arrival in 2 business days.

- Do you have a referral program?
Yes. When you refer a friend or family member and they enroll with us, you both will receive one year of storage free. For every friend that signs up with us, you will receive a year of free storage; there is no limit to the number of years you can get free.

- Do you charge rush or late enrollment fees?
No. We understand this is a busy time for you, and you have so much to think about. We will not penalize you for enrolling close to your due date. If necessary, we will overnight a kit to you for no extra charge. We can even help if you have less than 24 hours to go. In many metropolitan areas we can deliver a collection kit to you in just a couple of hours (there may be an additional charge for same-day courier delivery). Just contact us at 800-490-CORD (2673).
